Our story starts in 2018, when we jumped into ecommerce the same way most people do — chasing wholesale deals, sourcing inventory, and trying to build something sustainable on the major online marketplaces.
It didn't take long to realize the math wasn't working. Wholesale margins were razor-thin. Competition kept getting tighter. And the marketplaces themselves were a constant battle — fees, policy shifts, account headaches, the works.
We kept bumping into liquidation along the way. It seemed like everyone in the inventory world was talking about it. But honestly? It felt risky. Unknown manifests, mixed conditions, no clear playbook. So we stayed on the wholesale path and kept grinding.
Until one final marketplace blowup left us sitting on a pile of inventory we had to move — fast. With no other option, we started liquidating it ourselves. We hunted down alternative channels, built buyer relationships, and learned the game from the inside out. What started as a way to recover from a bad situation turned into something we couldn't ignore.
We never looked back.
