90–95%+ brand new items with original packaging intact.
A small percentage may be open box — meaning the package has been opened, but the item itself is typically unused, complete, and in resalable condition.
Items are pulled from store shelves due to overstock, seasonal rotation, packaging updates, or store resets — NOT defects.
This is not a returns load. No customer-damaged junk, no heavily used items.
